Delivery Time

* Cairo: Orders are delivered within 1–3 business days (maximum).
* Outside Cairo: Orders are delivered within 3–5 business days (maximum).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during public holidays or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Order Confirmation

* Our team will contact you to confirm your order before it is shipped.

Shipping Fees

* Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Failed Delivery

* If an order is refused upon delivery or the customer cannot be reached after multiple delivery attempts, the order may be canceled.
* Repeated refusal of deliveries may result in future orders being declined at the discretion of CRUEL.
